Refunds & Returns

We aim to make our refunds and returns procedure as simple and as fair as possible - the following notes should explain everything but if you need us to clarify anything, please let us know.

What do I do if my product is faulty or damaged?

We strongly advise you to check your goods as soon as you receive them. If your product is faulty or damaged, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt by sending an e-mail to returns@ukcordless.co.uk quoting your order number and the nature of the fault.

Should the product prove to be faulty, we will ask you to complete a returns form (download and print below) and include this with your return.

What do I do if I need to return my product?

If you need to return your product, it must be returned in it’s original packaging and in an unused condition.

In order to qualify for a refund on unwanted items we must receive the items within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must include a completed returns form (download below) and must be packaged sufficiently to protect against damage whilst in transit.

How are refunds paid?

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to pay for the item originally.

We will not refund any amounts until we have received goods back from you.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
