There is a catch - basically we know that you won't find cheaper, brand new phones and handsets anywhere else on the web. We research prices very carefully and make sure that we give the lowest prices. However, for your peace of mind we are making this promise official.

What are the terms?

The terms are simple:

1. Please inform us within 14 days by email if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere.
2. Please provide a link to the website where you found the deal or tell us how to find the deal ourselves.
3. The price for comparison, should include the delivery charge if there is one.
4. The price for comparison cannot include any special vouchers or other enticement offers that may be available on other sites.
5. Please send us your original order reference so that we can refund the difference on the same card.
6. The price promise applies to brand new phones, additional handsets and spares only - we do not include batteries under this guarantee.

The truth is that if there really is some other website out there selling brand new products at lower prices than us, we want to know about it ASAP!
